SERVICE AGREEMENT
PRESTIGE LUXE EVENTS LLC
Wedding & Event Decor Services

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between PRESTIGE LUXE EVENTS LLC (“Company”) and the customer (“Client”) for the provision of wedding and event decor services.

INITIAL PAYMENT, FEES, AND CANCELLATION

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $500 or 50% of the total booking cost (whichever is greater) is required. This payment reflects the time, labor, planning, material sourcing, and lost booking opportunities associated with holding your event date. The deposit must be paid in order to finalize your booking.

All cancellations must be made in writing by email or confirmed text message. Once canceled, your event date will immediately be released for other bookings.

If cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the event date, you will receive a company credit for all monies paid, excluding transaction fees.

If cancellation occurs between 14 and 29 days before the event date, you will receive a company credit for any monies paid, excluding the $500 or 50% deposit (whichever is greater), and transaction fees.

If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the event, you will receive a company credit of only 50% of the full booking total, excluding transaction fees.

All credits are valid for up to one year from the date of cancellation.

If PRESTIGE LUXE EVENTS LLC must cancel due to reasons not including bad weather, traffic incidents, car accidents, or any event that puts our team in harm’s way, a full refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days. If the cancellation is due to an event beyond our control, a full company credit will be issued, including all transaction fees.

FINAL PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due no later than one (1) day before your event. You will receive an invoice via email, or you may call our office to complete the final payment by phone.

All sales are final. By submitting payment, you agree not to dispute charges before, during, or after the event. Disputing a payment after services have been rendered is considered fraud and may result in legal action.

VENUE ACCESS AND SETUP

It is the Client’s responsibility to provide accurate venue information, including the name, address, contact person, and any special access instructions.

You must ensure the venue permits decor setup and allows reasonable access for loading and unloading. You are responsible for any fines or time lost due to restricted parking or access.

You must also confirm the setup area is ready, cleared, and spacious enough for the decor specified in your booking. If any stairs, elevators, long walking distances, or other access challenges exist, you must notify us in advance. Failure to do so may result in reduced service time or additional charges.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

PRESTIGE LUXE EVENTS LLC is not responsible for any delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, equipment failure, or staff illness.

If we are unable to fulfill your event due to such reasons, we will notify you or the venue as soon as possible. In these cases, our liability is limited to issuing a full company credit valid for one year.

SETUP, TIMING, AND SERVICE DURATION

We generally arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up your decor. If early setup is required, an idle time fee may apply.

Your service time begins and ends as scheduled in your booking, regardless of whether your event runs late. Additional time may be requested and paid for in advance, subject to availability.

PHOTOS AND MARKETING

PRESTIGE LUXE EVENTS LLC reserves the right to take and use photos or videos of the decor setup at your event for marketing purposes, including use on social media, websites, and promotional materials.

If you do not consent to this, you must notify us in writing before the event date.

LIABILITY

PRESTIGE LUXE EVENTS LLC is not responsible for damage or loss to any personal property at the event.

We are also not liable for injuries that occur at the event unless caused directly by proven negligence of our staff.

We are not liable for delays or issues resulting from incorrect venue details, lack of access, or interference from venue staff or guests.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if any member of our staff is subjected to abuse, threats, harassment, or unsafe conditions by the Client or guests.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who we deem to be acting inappropriately or putting our decor, equipment, or staff at risk.

In the event of early termination due to unsafe or hostile conditions, no refunds or credits will be issued. We will attempt to communicate with the Client or venue staff before terminating services, if possible.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES

The Client is fully responsible for any loss or damage caused to our decor, rental items, or equipment by the Client, event guests, venue staff, or any third party present at the event.

If you are picking up rental items, a valid photo ID is required. You will assume full responsibility for the items while in your possession.

All items must be returned by 10:00 AM on the return date, unless another time has been agreed upon in writing. Late returns may incur a $200 per day late fee.

Any damage or loss will result in full replacement charges, which may total up to $2,000 or more depending on the item.

AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION

By submitting your deposit or final payment, or by signing a contract or invoice, you agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
